Genesis

Best to my recollection, back in the fall of 1994 a collective of young, intellectual and creative Latinos brainstormed to plant the seed to what was intended to be a revolutionary writing project.  The collective intended to bring forth a magazine that would encompass many facets of the young Latino perspective.  From the emerging hip-hop culture, to politics, love and family life the project was for all intents and purposes one of a kind.  With the passing of time, various issues plagued the complete development and execution of the project.   Never having seen the day of light, ZACAPUNTAS was thought of as the long lost dream of a handful of ideologist 17 year olds from Cbicago.  

Fast forward nearly 15 years later and a series of random events bring us to the present.  Facebook....  An old photo....  A reunion....  The rebirth of an old dream.... the geneisis of ZACAPUNTAS!!!
